Let's see what we can find. They have a huge list of salvage parts on their own (Henry J is listed on the manufacturer dropdown, not many other places you see that!) and they also have wrecked cars for decent prices. This may be more up Tavarish's alley, but could be a fun exercise nonetheless.
Here's a 2013 Dodge Dart with the 1.4L turbo and manual tranny with a salvage title and front end damage for $6000. You can get all the necessary parts to fix it up for another $2000. Assuming no frame damage, you can fix that one up, if you're handy, and have a good looking Dart that's basically two years old, with 22k on the clock for just $8000!

Here's a 2006 Mercedes E350 for $6950, with minor damage and an R-title. Less than 100k miles, and it looks pretty decent. Again, assuming no structural damage, this might not be too bad.

We have one of those nearby. http://www.ne-motorsalvage.co.uk/pages/page_1.p… Mostly just wrecked tiny hatchbacks, but they have a 1990 Chevy Dayvan for some reason.

That Dart really isn't worth it. Not only will you have all the time invested in it, you'll also have costs for painting and hauling involved in it, and various miscellaneous things you didn't count on buying that always happen with a project. So when you're done you'll have a $9000 Dart with an R-title, when you can buy the exact same thing with a clear title for $1500 more: http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/…

That is the car from when is sold at Copart(auto salvage auction house). The repair estimate was $11,748, which you don't get to without frame, suspension and/or drivetrain damage. Judging by the way the hood overlaps the driver's fender, the whole nose has at least a slight sway to it.

Oh wow. Excellent find. Then it's a whole lot worse than I thought. I've lusted after the Dart since they were first announced, and no way am I in the market for it, but it's just something I fantasize about every so often.
